Description:
Inspired by a text in the Dao De Jing, the ordinary people realise they are sufficient without their rulers. We Are Sufficient has specific intonation requirements readily achievable on the horn by selecting appropriate fingerings. The music requires thirty-four notes per octave to achieve the flavour of each harmony. The score and parts are notated in colour.
